I am having this issue and I own "The Stick" which is something the PT told me to purchase when I had this before. It's been awhile since that happened, and, I am trying to remember if I need to use the stick on my glutes or thigh/side, down to my knee? The exercises are so helpful! Thank you!

angela crowley: I had an MRI done and I have a torn meniscus but that's not where my pain is I kept telling them it was on the opposite side it's been happening for about 6 months where my knee will actually lock and I can't bend it I have a lot of pain. A surgeon finally diagnosed me with IT syndrome I'm not a runner I am not a bicyclist I was a waitress for 25 years please help!!

Jo Geo: When I go to physical therapy for post ACL reconstructions I just get a list of exercises to do on my own and get sent home is this physical therapy? I am an active U.S military member stationed in Australia. Every week I go I get a new list of exercises. Is this what physical therapy is for.
