Turco949: I typically keep my stacks down to 2-3 items because you should NOT mix a whole bunch of them together. Just like taking multivitamin tablets, taking bunch of AA together can cause some to cancel others. Do not take Amino Acids and protein at the same time either. I use BulkSupplements products, they are pure and additive/filler free and inexpensive. Get a low sugar fruit juice like the organic Apple Juice or Grapefruit juice from Trader Joe's or wherever, then add desired amount of Beta Alanine (1-2 grams should be adequate), Creatine Monohydrate (3-5 grams) and L-Arginine (2-4 grams) about 15-30 minutes before workout. Post workout (preferably within 30 minutes), make a protein shake to your heart's desire. Then wait about 45+ minutes and either with water or a no/low sugar fruit juice (maybe diluted with cold water) I add only the following: L-Glutamine (2-5 grams), AAKG (2-3 grams), Citrulline Malate (3-4 grams) and Taurine (500-1500 miligrams). Drink a ton of water during the day, maintain a healthy diet and get good rest. Some supplements should not be taken continuously such as Creatine Monohydrate, AAKG and Citrulline Malate, typically 2 weeks on 1-2 weeks off but do your own research and experiment on your own to see what works for you and what doesn't.
Also, try not to choke the chicken within 12 hours prior to your workout.
